Block Management

Block management is our core service offering and our technical knowledge of buildings sets us apart from the crowd.

The common parts and services within any complex, not belonging to, or the responsibility of a specific person, must be owned by a legal entity; either a residents association or more commonly a Limited Company. Such areas include stairwells, car parks and gardens as well as the main structure of an apartment block itself.

 

The Company’s objectives are to manage and maintain the common parts for the general benefit and amenity of the residents as a whole.

M.B. Wilson & Co. act as managing agents on behalf of the resident's management company.  Having been established for nearly two decades we manage a large range of building types from large modern apartment blocks to converted listed buildings.

 

As Managing Agents we will endeavour to ensure the Company honours it’s obligations to the individual owners and that the individual owners, in turn, comply with their obligations to the Company and each other.
